Please note the emergency contact cannot be the owner of the pet staying at Paws and Moore, they must be in the UK while you are on holiday and able to collect the pet if there are any problems.
Booking
• All dogs MUST be sociable with other dogs. A ‘Meet & Greet’ consultation is required, prior to reservations for all new clients.

• Following a successful ‘meet and greet’ dogs will be required to stay for a trial period, either overnight or 4 hours to make sure that they settle and are happy. This cost will be included in the total balance of the boarding fee.

•

• We offer positive engagement and enrichment during walks and playtimes and carry a treat bag. All treats are purchased and have high meat and vegetable content, these are usually grain free. Please let us know if you dog has any allergies or you would prefer us not to give them treats. In hotter weather we offer dogs frozen carrots and vegetable slushies as a cooling refreshment. Again, please let us know if you would prefer that your dog does not receive these additional treats during their stay: I am happy and have detailed allergies in the boarder details/ No thank you, please do not treat my dog/s.

• All dogs will be walked for at least 30 minutes twice a day. This can be tailored to your dog’s age, and/ or health conditions. Please let Paws and Moore know if your dog has any exercise restrictions. All boarding dogs will have regular access to a fully secure garden during their stay.

• All dogs will always remain on a lead while on walks.
• While out walking dog/s, Paws and Moore can decide to cut short a walk if necessary due to extreme weather conditions, including temperatures reaching 22 degrees and higher. This is for the safety of the dog and the dog walker.

• Please provide a secure collar and lead for the dog/s during their stay, this must include a tag with the appropriate contact details for the owner. Paws and Moore will also attach a tag with our contact details on, should the dog escape or become free from the lead.
